Captioning to Support Literacy
Captions can provide struggling readers with additional print exposure, improving foundational reading skills.
Commpro provides professionally trained and certified conflict-free real-time writers using a stenograph machine in conjunction with real-time translation software that decodes our steno language strokes (which are phonetic and syllabic) into English. We also use professionally trained and certified real-time Voice Writers who use the same real-time translation software that decodes their vocal utterances into English in real-time.
Our Mission
To provide the highest level of excellence in accuracy, realtime translation rate, and reliability for each person we support.
Our Purpose
To empower any individual to achieve with greatness what he or she otherwise might struggle to achieve, by providing equal access to communication.
